MDF acting spokesperson Major Emmanuel Calvin Mlelemba said the vehicles will be used for peace-keeping missions In the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The vehicles are owned by the Malawi Defense Force.
While hailing efforts by the MDF, Security expert Sheriff Kaisi says this is an indication that the soldiers are committed to delivering in a professional manner.
He has since tipped the MDF to often have such routine exercises, stating this symbolizes that the country’s soldiers are trusted by the United Nations.
The routine exercise will be conducted from Kamuzu Barracks through Chidzanja road proceeding to Mitundu in Lilongwe.
