Puma Energy has launched a customer week in an attempt to set a platform for customers to give feedback on service delivery.

The company’s cluster managing director, Dominic Dhanah, says customers should expect a new environment at the service stations.

“Our customers are at the heart of everything that we do. We are known in Malawi for being the best when it comes to safety.

“When you come to Puma station, you will have good ambience to welcome you. This customer week is the least we can do for our customers to thank them and get feedback from them on where to improve,” he said.

Dhanah said that “in 2021 alone, we have facelifted 26 of our filling stations.

“This week we are promising a fun filled week where our service stations across the country will be greeted with rewards. It is the essence of this week. It is a huge celebration for the customer in interaction with them.”

Retail partner representative, Andrew Kamwala, said the week will bring excitement and morale to pump attendants at the filling stations.

“The week is very significant because most of the times when customers have a complaint, they choose to walk away instead of lodging such complaint. This week gives an opportunity where our customers can interact with us and give feedback on how they are getting the services.

The week starts from Monday December 6, 2021 to Friday, 10 December, 2021.
