MEC Chairperson, Justice Dr. Chifundo Kachale made the pledge during the arrival of ballot papers and other materials for the by-election at Kamuzu International Airport.

On arrival of the by-election, the MEC chairperson led party representatives in an inspection of the ballot papers that are to arrive in polling centers by Sunday, 24th October.

“As per the arrangement, the materials will be escorted by security agents and we have shared the information on what is in the packs, and parry agents will be able to verify what’s in the packs,” he said.

The by-elections are to be conducted in three constituencies in Dedza, Mzimba, and Nkhotakota and one local ward in Balaka.
