The exercise which has been initiated by an organization, Friends of Machinga Trust is currently under site assessment.

"Machinga is one of the poorest districts in the country with a lot of socioeconomic challenges in terms of infrastructure development, water and electricity, that is why we engage the Sopowerful Foundation for assistance," said Winesi.
We have discussed with district council authorities to help us identify specific health facilities and schools for these exercise," he added.
Deputy Headteacher at Mwalasi Community Day Secondary School Fides Rosario has admitted lack of electricity is affecting students' performance in class, hence showing excitement with the project.
"I would like to thank Friends of Machinga Trust and Sopowerful Foundation for coming to our school with this project, I believe it will assist students, teachers and the surrounding areas socially," noted Rosario.
