Chibwana says police violated the 48 hour rule which the state counter argued besides raising fears that the suspect might interfere with state witnesses.

Meanwhile, Senior State Prosecutor Inspector Bodwin Msukwa, says, police have since recovered 20 bags of cement and the exercise is still underway.

The case returns to court on 26 September for commencement of trial.
