National Initiative for Civic Education (NICE Trust) has underscored the need to intensify mindset change interventions among stakeholders in the fight against raging cholera outbreak besides clinical treatment.

Religious leaders and development committees in Thyolo have been challenged to preach mindset change to their communities to be self-reliant if the country is to achieve the Malawi 2063 aspirations.

Thyolo District Civic Education Officer for National Initiative for Civil Education (NICE) Trust Moses Kaunda, told Zodiak Online on Friday that imparting free digital skills to the locals is key for understanding dynamics of democracy and make informed decisions in their areas.
