Spokesperson for Limbe police, Aubrey Singanyama said the deceased was found dead along the road near Chingazi mountain by a certain man who was cutting grass around the area on 17 August 2023 at about 0500hrs.

Singanyama said he immediately informed the chairman of the area who came with other people and identified the deceased.

The community members then informed his relatives and the police who were accompanied by the medical personnel from Mikolongwe health center.

Postmortem conducted has shown that death was due to taking excessive beer without food.
