The deceased is being identified as Victor Kaliati and has died upon arrival at Lisungwi Community Hospital where he was rushed to by community members to receive treatment.

The man was seen drinking after getting his salary, a development which forced his wife to follow him and later a misunderstanding over money spending broke.
