Neno police deputy publicist Rebecca Msoliza has told Zodiak Online today that the man was throwing stones at some kids who started chasing him up to the river where it is alleged that he threw himself into the deep waters.

Msoliza further says they are still investigating to establish the particulars of the man.

But some sources are alleging that the man was thrown into the river by angry villagers after getting tired of his behavior of beating people when they refuse to give him money.
